Program of Study Form
Due: Within the first 7 days of the Fall quarter immediately following the passing of the Doctoral Preliminary Examination
Doctoral Guidance Committee Form
Due: After passing the PhD Preliminary Evaluation
Qualifying Exam Application Form
Due: When you have completed all of the necessary course work and prepare to do the QE exam
Ph.D. Advancement to Candidacy-Plan B
Due: Within one month after successful completion of the qualifying examination
PhD Dissertation Reading Committee Form
Due: After advancing to candidacy
ECE Filing Fee Status Form, Graduate Studies Filing Fee Status Form
Due: Two quarters before exit seminar
